How can you clasp someone's hands together in such a manner that they cannot leave the room without unclasping them?

You have 2 open windows right next to each other, you have them reach out of one window with one arm and the other window with the other arm and interlock their fingers. Now they cannot leave unless they unclasp their hands, unless they are strong enough to take out the entire window-frame from the wall.

just tie it to your hands and you tie yours( only one)to the window pane. unless you wanna leave, he cant leave.
