IT depends what you want to do with them
If you are seeking admission to a Canadian university, they usually have staff to validate degrees.
In wider society, it can be very difficult to get foreign credentials recognised -- Canada has a marked anti-immigrant bias that is long standing. We have quite a scandal going on Right now with a large doctor shortage while at the same time there are, literally, hundreds of foreign trained doctors who cannot get their credentials validated by the various Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons.
Within teaching, matters are even worse -- thousands of immigrants who cannot get their qualifications recognized -- and this is unlikely to change becuase we, once again, have something of a teacher surplus.
Generally speaking, degrees from the USA and from Western Europe are the most readily recognised, but even so, it can be a slog. DO NOT trust anything that a Canadian embassy or Canadian Immigration tell you in this regard; they have a long history of misleading applicants for immigration.
Good luck.
