Take Melatonin early in the evening, or Valerian root (from health food stores and some supermarkets), avoiding things like Nyquil and TylenolPM if possible, and taking prescription medication for only as short a time as possible, and NEVER come to rely on them. Consider Hormone Replacement Therapy, using medication such as Femhrt, for as short a time as possible, and then using Evening Primrose oil, drinking soy milk & eating tofu and some say flaxseed, others soy & linseed bread.

No, go to the health store (like GNC). I'd try supplements before I started taking hormones.....

Please go to see your doctor. . . .

The newer meds are 'wonderful' and generally short term, plus bio feedback and other ways to cope with this situation.

It WORKS!
