because they cannot perform sexually, unless they have complete controll over their victim. they have the sexual desires for sex, but cannot get an erection, unless controll, and violence is used.

Rape is described as an act of controlling and not sexual. I think that's idiotic. If someone wants to control me, they'll beat me up, not rape me. Forcing someone to have sex is about sex.
