All day yesterday I experenced light headness and about mid way through the day my tooth started hurting. It didnt start hurt real bad until about 2 hours ago, but now my face has swollen and my left arm started to feel numb. I have had this tooth hurt before but it has been a few month since it last hurt. But this is the first time I have ever been light headed all day and had it hurt. Any ideas about what it could be.

Might be an abscess/infection which could make you lightheaded.
Maybe you need a root canal. I had a tooth really hurting once and the root canal fixed that up.
Toothaches can be so very painful. Get to the dentist as soon as you can.

Your arm started to feel numb, that seems odd in relation to a toothache, I'd say go to see your doctor in addition to your dentist, but if neithers available then go to the hospital, because I've never heard of your arm going numb from a toothache.

An infection. Go to the dentist and get checked out.

Go to your dentist NOW. It sounds as though you may have a abcess.
