I brought a crosstrainer and i burn off around 500 calories a day on it, I’ve been doing it for 2 months. I have dropped a jean size but my weight has hardly shifted it might of gone up a couple of pounds, does this matter? I know muscle weighs heavier than fat, but my goal has to lose a bit of weight. I'm a male with a natural big frame

Do not worry about the scales....look in the mirror....muscle weighs more than fat....you can get healthy and actually weigh more..so if the jeans or baggy and you are looking good, forget what the scales say....listen to what the ladies have to say.

Sometimes your weight loss will not show on the scale, but like you are experiencing your clothes are looser. As you build muscle the weight will come off it requires time before It registers on the scale. continue what you are doing and you will see the scale drop . I advise that you don't get on the scale but once a week. That way you are more likely to see lbs go down.
