I like the answer TomKat gave you. He's absolutely right that it's an artificial weight loss. You need to be on a balanced diet. Eliminating healthy foods is not good for your body. You need fruits, whole grains, and beans. There's invaluable nutrition in all of these.
Whole grains, seeds, nuts, yogurt, chicken, Turkey, organic beef, tofu, beans, eggs, natural cheese, cottage cheese, vegetables and fruits should form the base of your diet. Protein should be the building block of nutrition. Consuming fruits and vegetables in their most natural form provides the most minerals and vitamins. Green vegetables provide incredible minerals that our body needs to help absorb vitamins as well as necessary fiber. Fresh fruit provides minerals, fiber and natural waters that are absorbed on a cellular level.
I recommend you try weight watchers diet program as it's the most sensible. You can try it online or in person. I think in person is better for the emotional support and Information.

I would refer you to Covert Bailey's tape on low carb diets
He has a PhD from MIT in bio-mechanics (the way the body works)
and he does not like low carb diets -
my most memorable reason - you muscles can convert fat
to energy so that you can move - however - you have one organ that needs carbs to think! The brain cannot convert fat - and needs those precious carbs.
your most memorable reason - all that sat fat!
time to change diets - and you will see when you come off this one -your weight comes back on - because the loss is artificial

offset the saturated fats by increasing the intake of monounsaturated fats. this will help to keep the HDL-C:LDL-C ratio.
also don't forget to get in your 30 grams of fiber daily. this will help to decrease total cholesterol values
