Are the western governments fair?

Question

Why when someone denies (in a newspaper, a book, on TV…etc) the claimed 2nd world war holocaust against Jews, he is accused of being a criminal against humanity and is prosecuted. While when someone insults Prophet Mohammad (peace is upon him) and hence insulting more than 1000 million Muslims around the world he is practicing his right in the freedom of speech. IS THAT FAIR? IS THAT DEMOCRACY? IS THAT FREEDOM?

Was that "fair" the way those muslims executed their MUSLUM hostages while they chanted "God is Great"? They were so PROUD of their "work" they released a video for the world to see.Where's the outcry, the outrage from the muslim world? Oh yea, you people really get off on killing without ANY due process let alone "justice". You only get all crazy ovewr CARTOONS.

1. Proof was found of massacres, bloodshed and tortures.

2. If the insult upon the Prophet ( peace be upon him) also causes massacres, bloodshed and tortures, then yes, I agree that it is unfair. Otherwise, its the same as extremists insulting the Pope, or George Bush ( although I do not like him as well ). If this was the case should these Extremists who insult the spiritual leader of billions of Catholics and the national leader of millions of Americans be treated the same as the one who insulted the Prophet ( Peace be upon him) as well?
