I would like to know if there are any english speaking channels/programs on the french system TNT

I am in France and I can say for sure that there are no dedicated channels in English on TNT. What you do get sometimes are programmes in English with French sub titles. Doctor Who was done this way a few weeks ago on France 4.
There are subscription film channels such as Canal Plus and I believe they show some films with their original language as well, but that's all.

Strictly speaking,they are not bothered about South Indian problems in general and Tamil Nadu in particular.Issues like Mullaiperiyaar have to be highlighted and expert opinion sought in this regard.That will help the people at large to understand the problems being faced by the people of Tamil Nadu in farming their land.This partisan attitude of the pro congress channels will in long run will give room for separation &fragmentation of the country.

no it doesnt you will need a satellite dish to receive english language channels in france, email me if you want more info
