I am not advocating this by any means, but when my young daughter was given a prescription for Ritalin, I decided that I would try it forst to see what she would feel like and to make sure that it would be okay for her. My powers of concentration were fantastic. I worked all day with total concentration and amazing accomplishment. No wonder college kids take it for exams, etc. I stopped taking it after a few days as I was afraid that I would get hooked on it and then I'd never give it to my daughter. I never thought that I had a problem with concentration and memory, but that experience made me think seriously abouit making an appointment to see a doctor to get some for myself. The things that I got done during that few days I've never been able to do before or since. I wasn't even tired after working straight for 10 hours. I didn't even notice that it was time to eat - I just kept on working. Do you have ADHD problems? Do you meet any criteria for it?

First of all you have to make a good shedule to do the things. Then try doing them in proper time. So concentration can only be achieved by doing a job at a time without thinking other pending things. So Do the thing whole heartedly. And definitely do some yoga at early morning at a fixed time regularly. Eat healthy foods. Hope this will work better.

Try to do work in solitude without consulting others for few days or weeks. Take almond or its oil while taking food.
Avoid discussing two or more things simultaneously. Consult a good doctor.
