Much pain is from muscles below is an example of what may help (based on headaches).
Begin with a couple swigs of molasses or a couple of bananas daily - magnesium (which regulates many things in the body) and potassium (a needed building block for muscles).
Drink at least 1/2 gallons of water per day. Running a body low on water is like running a car low on oil is the analogy the head of neurology at UCDavis told my husband about 10 years ago.
Now to the cause - muscles - your back, neck shoulders and head have tender spots. They are knots in the fibers of the muscles called trigger points. It makes the muscles tight which makes them press on nerves and other things causing the pain.
The cure - start with a professional massage, you will also want to go back over any place you can get to 6-12 times per session up to 6 times per day rubbing (or lightly scratching on your head) every where that is tender until the knots go away. The place where the skull connects to the spine press up under the edge of the skull (to get to those muscles).
For more information read The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies. It teaches what to do and where the pain comes from.

I'm a 5'2" female, and the amount of alcohol you drank is just a starter for me. No way you'd get a blackout from that. As far as hangovers go, you got off easy. I've only ever had one (I seem to be immune) but it was way worse. I was nauseated until around 5pm, I felt extremely thirsty but couldn't even drink water without vomiting, and had a splitting headache made worse by any kind of noise or light. The one time I couldn't remember anything, it was because I had nearly a liter of vodka -- and I only can't remember a 1 mile walk and how I lost a jacket. No hangover. But seriously, who wants hangovers and memory blanks? It's not worth the risk. No way I'm doing anything that stupid again.

I'm a nurse. This sounds like a tension/stress headache or even a migraine. These are triggered off by a skipped meal, stress, or even a food allergy. You need to see a doctor to get medication for something that will work all the time, to have them under control. I hope this helps you. Take care and all the best.

migrane problems are usually hereditary. it`s solution is to rest and stay away from stress, long times in front of the computer or telivision, walk a lot, don`t eat much of chocolate or drink coffee and coke, drink lots of water it really helps.
have regular hours of eating and sleeping.
Also i advice you to see a doctor and make sure you don`t have blood pressure, it may cause headaches.
Good luck

Migraines are no joke. My family are chronic sufferers of them. You should seek medical attention asap to determine the type and how to best treat them. For further information see the source below.
