Previously:
1. "No la aprecio suficientemente a ella" means "I do not appreciate her enough" which isn't what you want.

ANSWER:
"No la aprecié y ahora no me llama" which literally translates to "I didn't appreciate her and now she doesn't call me."

ADDITIONAL
Tambien puedes decir "la tomé por sentado y ahora no me llama." Which is grammatically correct but not widely used.

The last part of you question would be "No la aprecié lo suficiente y ahora no me llama" which means "I did not appreciate her enough and now she doesn't call me."

* "Bastante" = "a lot" so when you want to use the adjective "enough" then it would be "suficiente".
* You don't really need to include "a ella" because the person you are talking about is already implied when using the personal pronoun 'la'.
* "Y ya no me llama" meaning "and she no longer calls me" just sounds a bit harsh at the end. You could however, say "Ya no me llama porque no la aprecié lo suficiente" which means "She no longer calls because I didn't appreciate her enough." This is more or an explanatory statement.
