not necessarily. girls tell many guys that they are sweet. it can be flirting or it can just be a friendly compliment. if she has a bf, i don't think it means anything special, unless she is the type who cheats. i personally tell many guys that they are sweet=)

some women are naturally flirtatious and it may seem like theyre hittin on u when theyre not. but then again they might be just hittin on u 2 can ur attention and see if they can have u. yeh or maybe she might like u but dont act on it because someone whos in a relationship and flirting obviously cant be of good character or theyd leave there bf and pirsue othats instead of live a lie.

It means that she thinks your trying to hit on her.
I would just reply and say thankyou & blow her off for a while when the opportunity presents itself.
This will pass in a few weeks, then you can usually go back to hanging out.
