Don't cover them up today - you need air to get to them. Try tea tree oil/sudocreme or toothpaste (dries them out). Picking them will make them red and more noticable - DON'T!!!
Don't keep touching them.
Have a hot bath/put your face over a bowl of hot water - the steam can help clear pores.
Other than that, they are not as big to everyone else as they are to you, and everyone, and I mean everyone gets them.

If there are heads on the pimples squeeze them gently and then apply some Tea Tree Oil to the pimples every 2 hours! Get a cotton swab and dab some of that oil and they will go down by tomorrow! It's great!

Tea tree oil works as some other people said, but the most effective remedy I have found is to dab a tiny bit of neat TCP on. Use a cotton bud and dab it on the spot only, not the surrounding skin as it will make the skin go red. It stinks, but it works!

Forget all other remedies and try dabbing Tea Tree Oil on each spot. I guarantee you'll be happy with the speed at which they start to disappear. Only a little though, as it dries out the skin.

The best way to get rid of spots is to squeeze them out with a tissue to prevent infection. As long as pus and blood come out of the spot it will start drying out straight away.

put a dab of toothpaste on each spot. (not too close to your eyes though!). the toothpaste will dry the spot out, and it also helps kill the germs. works for me.

dab on some neat tea-tree oil (not the diluted stuff) or some witch hazel.
