maybe the people you met were dull, or maybe their interests are not compatible with yours, or maybe you have too few interests and don't empathize with people. without more information it's impossible to know one way or another. Only thing I can suggest is to not just look at the surface and how people seem to be, try to find what is in their hearts and not the superficial layer of interests and personality and such. Also, try to meet people from different places and backgrounds if you're stuck in one place. tend to avoid people that hang out in large packs, as they're mainly concerned with fitting in aren't going to have as much to offer.

Maybe you just haven't found the right one. Who are we kidding?
Maybe it is you and not them? You have to go out more. I don't mean sleep around, so go out and enjoy life. Youth passes so fast.
I heard it before. I find the opposite sex dull yada yada yada... I use to think like that. In a way, thinking I had more to offer than other people. Or that their topics were boring. Only rarely did girls impress me. Think I thought, geez, I set the bar so high that 80% of the girl population cannot reach. Plus the 20% that can, most of them are taken. So I have only 2% chance of meeting the right girl. Anyway before I rant on, you have to learn to open up and adapt.

Most men are dull dear, that is why we have girl friends we can gab too.
I'd suggest finding out a bit more of what you like to do & find friends in that arena & then try to find a man.

i am a guy and found girls dull but i tried a relationship with one of the girls i thought was dull and guess what grils aren't dull anymore. so try it just for my seek.

My husband suggests that you just havent met a guy who appeals to you, but I'm more inclined to suggest that maybe you're too intelligent, or just not drinking enough. Lower your expectations.

nothing's wrong with you hun. there are alot of single women out there who choose not to be in a relationship or get married. you're just one of them=)
