1. When she is about to pee, calculate how long she takes after her meals, put her in the litterbox and help her dig a little with the front paws. If she doesn't get it immediately, take some poo she's done outside, put it in the litterbox and help her cover it, she'll get the idea.
2. For the moment she needs deworming, with a paste you can get from the vet or pet shop. Follow instructions and dosage on the box.
3. In about 1 month, she will neeed her vaccination. She gets a shot at the vet's, and she repeats that a month later. After that, she gets a shot every year.
4. The eyes should be open and shouldn't have anything after she sleeps. Maybe she has some infection, which could be easily treated now, but if not treated now it could cause damage to her eyes. So my best advice is to go to the vet anyway right now, for a check up, he will also give her the deworming and any instructions you need on medical issues.
5. Don't give her milk, give her kitten formula, canned or a little dry, if she can eat it, and have fresh water available always.
6. Whenever she tries something she is not allowed to do, like scratching the sofa, take her from the neck softly, like mother-cat holds her kittens, say NO, and put her on her scratching post or wherever is the correct alternative for what she is doing (eg peeing and litterbox), and encourage her to do it there. She will try to do the opposite again a couple of times, but if everytime she sees you put her in another place, she will learn it. Don't hit her or anything, she will learn to do the opposite from what you want.
7. Clean the outside of her eyes softly with a little wet cotton pad .
8. Learn to trim her nails, only the pointed tips, they have blood vessels deeper. Ask the vet to show you how and get the kitten used to doing this from now, so that she doesn't freak out if you do it later.
9. About urinating in the toilet, forget about it for the time being, because she is too young aand may fall in. Keep the toilet lid shut. When she is older and bigger (6 months), you could pee in the toilet in front of her and then put her on the lid and encourage her to do the same.

Take your cat to the vet. No one on this board will be able to tell you why it's eye isn't open - it would be like me telling you that you have a stomach ulcer because you say your eye doesn't open all the way... just doesn't work.
Also, 6 weeks old is awfully young for a kitten to be separated from it's mother. So you really need to make sure to get your kitten a good quality canned and hard food made for kittens. Your kitten is so young, it may prefer the canned food for a while, and that is okay. You can pretty much feed a kitten everytime they want to eat, they will slow down in a few months (eating and growing). If you change a kittens diet too much they will get diarrhea, so watch for that. Because if it happens, you will need to get a special medicine from the vet that smells like butterscotch (went through this recently). My kitten ate about 4 cans of cat food a day, and didn't eat hard food until she was about 12 weeks old, we offered it, she wanted the canned stuff. The canned stuff doesn't fill them up, so they eat LOTS more.
A vet will be able to tell you all about the shots and when to fix. You will spend between 150 and 300 dollars, roughly, for all the services a kitten needs over the next couple of months. There is FIV/FLV testing and vaccinations to consider as well. Whether or not to chip your cat, etc.
Good Luck!

He may have a cold in his eye; this is fairly common with kittens. If he seems otherwise healthy, try washing the eye gently at least a couple of times a day with clean cotton and warm water. You do need to get him in to see a vet so that he can get his shots (rabies, distemper, feline leukemia) and be neutered (or spayed, if it's a female).
As far as food, you should feed him a kitten chow formula for the first 8 to 12 months, then you can switch over to regular cat food. Dry food is better for keeping their teeth clean and free of tartar. And try to get a good cat food, not the really cheap ones. DO NOT give your kitten regular cow's milk. It's likely to give him the runs. You can purchase a product called Cat Sip at some grocery stores or you can get something at the vet's office or one of the pet supply stores. You can also use canned milk (evaporated, not sweetened condensed), diluted by half with water.
Make sure that you have a litter box in a location where the kitten can get to it easily, and keep it scooped out and clean.
Don't de-claw your cat, that's cruel and painful and makes him unable to defend himself if he gets outside.
Get a spray bottle, fill it with water, and say a firm "NO!" and spritz water at him (don't soak him) if he starts to claw furniture or draperies.
Love him and take good care of him and he'll be a good companion for years.

Take her to the vet and the vet will tell you everything you need to know. Bring any papers that she may have come with regarding any shots she might have had etc.
