Never say to somebody "you're wrong." Instead, the best way to get somebody onto your side is to make them think it was their idea to begin with.

It means that if men has to learn something they learn it better by not teaching them so seriously. Combine work with leisure. the other phrase means that men declare that they know a lot but forget plenty.

You must always (the quote is Alexander Pope) be sure to not criticize or disrespect another.........let them think your idea is theirs....that the new ideas that you have are actually ones that they had before........
What does this mean? It means, simply, let others find their way without you criticizing them, but rather supporting them even to the point of giving them ideas and crediting them.....not yourself!! BE BENEFICENT!!
