I am going to get marry after 6 months and planning to apply H4 dependent visa for my wife. But my wife also wants to work in usa. Is it possible to work in USA with dependent VISA(H4)?

H4 visa holders cannot work in the US, but they are eligible to study either part time or full time. However, your wife would not be eligible to receive any revenue associated with her schooling (assistant positions or OPT salary). You might wish to see if your company will also sponsor your wife as an H1b, in which case she may apply for a change of status while in the US.

Curious is 100% correct. However, she can change her visa status to H-1 or J-1 when she has a job offer. Keep in mind that this can take a long time if you try to do a change of status in the US. Depending on where she's from, it may be better to just go home and apply for an H-1 or J-1 there.
