First of all, there is no such thing as outside the universe and beyond anything else there is GOD - that's for sure!
To answer your question, the Bible says that during the judgement day all people living and dead will rise and the righteous will ascend to heaven and sinners will drown to a river of burning sulfur. It is pretty obvious that Heaven will be a New World and Earth would turn into Hell as the Burning river of sulfur. The word Purgatory is never mentioned in the Bible so forget about it.

I don't believe in purgatory.

I don't believe in the same kind of hell as mainstream Christianity, mainstream Judaism, and mainstream Islam portray.

I do believe in heaven.

I believe that part of heaven is right here on earth.

So, no, I don't think that Heaven is outside this Universe, at least not entirely.

What is purgatory? The Holy Bible does not mention purgatory in any way. The place was made up so that some organisations could prfit from mans gullability.

There is no biblical basis for Purgatory as far as I'M concerned.

Hebrews 9:27

27Just as man is destined to die once, and after that to face judgment

As far as where heaven and hell are exactly I'M not sure if it says in the bible specifically where they are but I believe they are very real.

the universe is in the first heaven, paradise is over the seventh one,
the hell is brought on the day of judgement from somewhere.
a bridge is set over the hell as the only pathway to the heaven.

make sure you follow the right faith so the doors of heaven open for you. make your big research

I believe we (earths universe) is just outside of fathers creation.
earth is hell and their is no purgatory.

I believe we are here to make a choice back to father/love/fellowship or dominion/controling others.

It does not matter what I or anyone else believes. Each one of
us has a responsibility to our soul to make clear our choice and the only way to do that is to read/learn all that you can ponder ask inward for guidance and ask that your choices be for the highest good of all concerned.

Heaven, hell , and purgatory are only as far away as your next thought! If they were anywhere else, where would you go to find them?

All reality is most likely a juxtaposition of a single space and time. Just like placing transparencies one over the other infinitely. :)
