There are a few ways to treat acne blemishes but you should also keep in mind a few methods for preventing the irritation. Here are the things you should do before you consider following a good acne blemish treatment :

* Try to frequently clean your skin using a non-drying soap and thoroughly washing it off with warm water.
* Remove makeup before going to sleep.
* Avoid using cosmetics that feel greasy.
* Wash after each physical activity that might have produced sweat.
* Do not squeeze or rub the pimples and zits.

Acne blemish treatment methods

There are several methods of treating acne, such as laser acne treatment . You can also try different types of topical antibiotics that are applied directly on the skin. Oral antibiotics such as tetracycline and doxycycline have also been known to have positive effects in curing zits and pimples . Your doctor may give you prescription medicine such as salicylic acid, sulfur, resorcinol or peroxide. Another element that has been proven to have good effects in acne blemish treatments is retinoids , a vitamin A derivate. The product comes in various forms such as isotretinoin pills (Accutane) or gel. Please note that this product can have negative effects on pregnant women, so consult your doctor before attempting to begin acne treatment.

So you're trying to cure the scars leftover by acne?
I would suggest an oil like Bio-oil, it's a natural oil you can pick up from any toiletries store, apply as directed once a day to help fade away the scars left by acne or stretch marks and scars. x

This my dad's secret recipe: vicks vaporub. Put it on the blemish before bed.
I heard toothpaste helps too.
But many of my friends swear by neutrogena.

Genes have a lot to do with acne, if your parents were acne prone when they were young there's a big chance you will be too.

Just stay away from greasy foods and clean your face before you go to sleep and returning from outdoor activities.

Lo primero es no sentirse acomplejado. Lo que te pasa se llama “rosácea”, y es una enfermedad muy común que tiene fácil solución.
Muchos famosos padecen de rosácea, y no ves que ello interfiera con su vida diaria. ¿Alguna vez has visto a Mariah Carey no ser divina? Pues ella la sufre.
Métete aquí y sigue la guía, te librarás de la rosácea enseguida.
