Can someone tell me if there is any textbook for BFA course which is conducted at College of Arts, Tilak Marg.

Unless they do things wildly differently in India, there should be a bookstore in or near the college that has list of which books go with which courses. They may not want to read them over to you, as a full BFA sequence with options should have several dozen books, so you may have to go in and copy the list.
