Excessive thirst and lightheadedness can be caused my many different things. Dehydration and diabetes can cause excessive thirst. So can consuming too much salt (which causes dehydration). Lightheadedness can be from medication, the flu or a cold, hypoglycemia (drop in blood sugar), motion sickness, brain tumors, an object imbedded in the ear (where your equalibrium is), not eating enough food or a drop in blood pressure. If it doesn't go away in a few days or comes back frequently, get yourself checked out by a Doctor.

Nothing. You bother too much. You get thirsty cause yer body is either dehydrated or your intake of salt is more then water. However, excessive thirst, I mean abnormally feeling thirsty, can be due to abnormal sugar levels in blood.Hence to be comfortable and at ease, better rule out this possibility by getting your blood checked for FBS (fasting blood sugar).

Nooooo way. Definitely not! You're both adults! So why does it matter? A younger girl would be way more suitable than one your own age and would DEFINITELY want to settle and buy a house etc etc. Even 26 and 18/19 doesn't sound bad... at all!

I agree with those who mentioned your blood sugar. I have reactive hypolycemia and I wake up sometimes with blood sugar that tests in the high 40's-not good! I feel the same way you describe and after drinking some juice or having a glucose tablet, I feel much better although very exhausted. I usually then crash and sleep for a good amount of time! I hope you feel better after a snack.
