OH.... "mince" gee, that sounds better.... LOL

Make a meatloaf. Start with the beef mince, add bread crumbs, chopped onion, a little chopped bell (sweet green) pepper, some tomato paste if you have it, some salt, pepper, a bit of garlic if you like, a dash of Worcestershire, and a beaten egg. You'll want this to be a somewhat sticky mixture that holds together well. Oil or grease a baking pan, lightly, and spread the mixture in it. (You won't want it to be more than an inch and a half deep.) Bake at about 400 degrees until the center is completely done. Some people top their meat loaf with bacon slices and tomato sauce, to add flavor and to keep it from drying out.

This goes well with potatoes and a green or yellow veggie on the side. Bon appetite.

If beef mince is ground beef (US) then I like a stir fry of the beef, cooked rice, some onions and veggies.

Try chopping as finely as you can, cook with a spicy sauce that will reduce (not too thick though) mix this with pasta and serve in a bowl with a salad bed.
