You have to accept any help he offers to you, maybe you need to get in rehab. You should take it really serious,because this adiccions may literaly kill your self.
Do you have problems you want to forget about? do those products help you to do that? Do those drugs help you to feel better for a period of time? I'm sure the answer for all of this questions is YES.
But, how long does it take for you to come back to reality? what happens when you come back? have the problems gone away? NO, i'm sure those problems are still there. They will be gone the day you don't wake up !!!!!!!
So, face it, everybody have problems, and i'm sure you can deal with them if you are lucid, get out of this, face it, and if you want to have a life in the future that is worth to live, start facing your problems now.

If you want to ruin your life then continue what your doing but it will lead to nothing and is that what you want to be is nothing?
Your dad should be getting you help which you should be the one asking for help.
