Well, I don't. I'd always prefer a guy to be the same nationality as myself otherwise there is always a clash of cultures. What is acceptable in one may not be in the other.

i'm dating a guy outside of my race and i could not be happier (my family could not be more angry). our personalities click but our ethnicities are different so it's the good kind of diversity, not the clashing kind.
