Not all disabillities that people have alow them to have a vocation. But all of them find enjoyment in something.
Maybe thats what you have to do, as in help the person find thier enjoyment or dicover what they are into for yourself.
If your not sure, why not take them to a who deals professionally with disabilities. Or if they have a carer, speak to them about it.
You don't mention alot about the person. It is ever so good that so many people with disabilities are in the workforce!
I know & have worked with many non-verbal people with diabilities & they all have their own unique way of speaking! And they are all special, individual people.
They need Love & understanding -smile-

Try contacting a local social service agency. they should know what services are available. also, there are disability advocacy groups, depends on where you live. Your state (are you in the US?) may have a disability advocacy department, too. Try typing in your location and disability and google that.

good luck!
