It depends on the degree of the vandalizim.. Most likely seeing that it was a misdemeanor you will get a slap on the hand.. a few months probation, and maybe a few hours of community service. The best thing you have in your corner is that it was your first offense.. if you are younger,what the judge does like to see is if your parents are taking an active role in this and show up to court with you. sometimes a judge will see a kid who is by himself with no parents active as someone that needs a little harder sentence. So if you are younger take your parents with you.. It's a plus in the judges eyes. Hope you learned from this...

Your sentence will be affected more by your attitude then anything else. Be polite, stand up straight, dress properly, and you'll see a much smaller sentence - usually just community service or some form of probation.

Typically a fine and possibly some community service. Of course, you'll likely have to pay restitution for the damage you caused.
