cops always win even if they lie, see it time and time again. they are so crooked it makes criminals look like angels if you don't believe it , that's what we call denile..... i will say not all off em but the good ones are almost gone. i respect an honest cop i'll do what they ask no problem but the bad type ...assaulting an officer, resisting arrest, interfearing with an officer are the standard minimum i get when i come across them. here in corvallis oregon anyway

Most speeding citations note the speed you are charged with driving. The lack of a notated speed may be a typo by the officer...one which must be clarified in court. Depending on the state you're in, you might can call the Clerk of Court in the County in which the citation was written...the original (court) copy of the citation may have the speed listed. If it doesn't, I would request that the officer make the proper amends in court. It's possible that if he didn't list the speed then, he may not remember it in court. Might be worth your time to see. Good luck.

yep,, and if you doubt it,, just wait. All the traffic cop has to cite you for is "exceeding the posted speed limit" Doesn't matter how much or how little you were exceeding it.
