check your spelling, start with dear sir or madam, give an opening paragraph to explain what the letter is about, break all your subsequent points into separate paragraphs.

Finish by thanking them for their time, ask them to contact you if they require further information

regards etc etc

If you start a letter with "Dear Sir" then you finish with "yours faithfully". If you start with their name as in "Dear David" or "Dear Mr Smith" then you end with "yours sincerely".

For a formal letter put your address in the top right hand corner of the letter as well as the date you are writing.

Then put their address below that but on the left hand side of the page.

Then put Dear XXX and a comma.

On the next line put subject if there is one such as:

Re: Holiday Allowance

And bold and underline it.

Then start the body of the letter. Do not indent the paragraphs as this is an old fashioned thing to do. Remember to put two spaces between each sentence and 2 returns at the end of each paragraph. Try to keep letters to one page.

If you have any enclosures put Enc. at the end and list what is enclosed. If you are sending this to any other people write CC (stands for carbon copy) at the bottom and their names.

Hope this helps

Good on you for wanting to get it correct but you really need to focus on your spelling before you get started. Try using spell check before you send anything or improve your keyboard skills.

First of all, in your case, check how to spell the words.
