I would have your attorney schedule an OSC (Order to Show Cause) hearing with the court, to explain your absence, and deal with any potential fines.

Good luck!

If you have 1 warrant, you are sure to have 2. One for the actual offense and one for an FTA - Failure To Appear. Then costs for each in addition to the separate fines. You don't need a lawyer if it is simply a traffic ticket and nothing else. The agency wants it's money, not you. Call the municipal court of the issuing agency and find out the amounts, they can probably even set up a payment plan. Be advised if you default on that, then the original amounts are reinstated as well as the warrants.

pay fines for a warrant? NO. they will arrest you or you turn yourself in then when you go to court depending on what the charges are you might be able to pay fines. A show cause is already issued. a warrant is a warrant is a warrant, no getting around that. if you have a warrant on file the only job the police have at this point is to locate you and arrest you. the courts will later decide whether you will pay fines or receive jail time.

If you have a warrant for your arrest due to non payment of fines you can call and set up a payment plan but you must talk with the judge. if you already had a payment plan still the judge may allow you to set up a different payment plan if your reason for missing is good. If that don't work you can always send someone in to pay for you or mail it in. Just don't get pulled over.

a warrant is listed as either "bond" or "body". If it's bond, then all you have to do is pay money. Buts if its body only, then they will not accept money and will take you in anyways. Every case is different and it depends on what the warrant is for.

normally they won't let you pay off a warrant. lets say it's for a FTA (Failure to Appear.) when you call they will give you a new court date and then it's up to you to make it to that court date without the police getting you. so just lay low till the court date because if it's a felony FTA thats automatic 9 days in jail before you get to even see a judge, and jail sucks.

If you mean a bench warrant or a similar order which can result in your arrest then no. You already had your chance clear it up but failed to avail yourself of the opportunity.

You certainly can call and ask, nothing wrong with that.

Good luck.
