You need pretty much evrything!

What you said was pretty vague & general. No single person on earth can claim that he/she is complete in nutrition; one always lacks some nutrients, depending on which place he/she resides in.So nothing drastic to worry about.

As a teenager, your body is still growing so you need growth nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, vit. D, all B-vitamins, etc.

You also go to school so you need choline, taurine, iron, vit.A(for good eyesight), zinc, etc.

The nutrients i've mentioned are just some of the nutrients that you need. Listing all of them would take alot of space here. But to be sure, you can't go wrong by eating healthy foods-- fruits & vegetables, herbs, milk, eggs. You also need protein from fish, beef, chicken for your muscles & overall growth. Starting exercise as young as you are now, would also highly benefit your body. Exercise also helps in improving blood circulation, assisting in delivering the vital nutrinets you got from food throughout your body.

If you feel that you lack some nutrients from the food that you eat, you can take nutritional supplements like spirulina, honey, bee pollen. They would be very beneficial to your overall health.

Healthy food, enough sleep & exercise-- you can't go wrong with these!

Good luck!

how do you know you dont have enough nutrition? you need a glass of milk, an egg and some whole wheat toast in the morning, for lunch you need some meat, some veggies and some milk or juice, for dinner you need the same thing, about 4 oz of good quality meat, chicken breast , fish, beef or low fat pork, a cup of veggies, carrots, green beans , broccoli , etc, half of a potato, a slice of whole wheat bread or a dinner roll, a glass of milk, maybe some cheese and crackers later, fresh fruit for snacks during the day is good.
