They study a martial art called Krav Maga.

Krav maga is an Israeli Martial art, used by their own armed forces. It is renowned for their curriculum. Which teaches a student the most effective techniques that other martial arts share. A way to envision it is: the best of every martial art and otehr things that they might of missed out in the classical martial arts training. Such as teaching you to look for objects as weapons and the like.

The curriculumm does not only teach you techniques but combines the training with intensive work out /aerobics. To better prepare you for the physical aspect of a real fight. Or if you want to elarna martial art and also keep in shape.

I only briefly highlighted the aspects of Krav Maga to you. I have a very good link below. Just click at the "whos uses Krav maga today" or "Expansion out of Israel" part of it.

If you are interested to learn a martial art. Krav is a very good one. I must admit it isnt as flashy or beautiful as some others but this is because it is to the point and effective. Also you learn more.

To my knowledge, and according to this website. City cops don't learn Krav Maga. Hence IMHO an FBI agent would beat him. Besides, they are paid more right? if a city cop can beat them...

I don't know for sure, but I would guess that they are instructed in various styles at the academy. Many of them probably already have some form of MA training prior to entering the academy. Each individual would continue, if he or she chose to, in whatever style they preferred.

Some probably don't feel the need for MA training after they learn "KA-PISTOL"
