No. Most men are not unfaithful to their wives. Variety? No. Usually affairs can happen because there are serious problems (communication mainly) in the marriage. There might be a few guys that are immature enough to be unfaithful to their wives, and want "variety" as their excuse, but it's not the real reason. Those that use "variety" as their excuse are apparently trying to sow the "wild oats" they didn't when they were single. Marriage is a committment between two people who truly love each other, no matter what. Communication is very healthy when it is good in a marriage. That helps to prevent the problems that can lead to infidelity.

No That is wife's tale. Some men yes but most no. I found it was the other way around. In my relation ships it was always my women that did it first. I know what you are thinking. first time I was in the military away from home. Next one she turned gay. Last one she went to Europe on vacation with a group I was not part of the group. I stayed home and worked Every time a man is unfaithful a women is involved. There is more women then men so unless it is gay couple. Women have more affairs. Non of my men friends have had an affair but some of their wives have. And again you are wrong I very much enjoy sex when I am with some one at lease once a day 2 or3 times on week end. You are miss informed

Yes most men are very unfaithful with their wives and I like a young single has seen many cases. I don't realy know why men should cheat on their wives, even if their wives has done something wrong they are not suppose to cheat on them but they should instead try to correct rather than being unfaithful to them. I like a girl I have seen many married men who have ask me out with them. I don't really know if it's a curse!

No, I don;t believe that is true. My husband is the most kind, gentle, understanding, giving man that ever there was...he has dealt with my illness without showing bitterness. He has never complained nor has he opted to get out of the marriage. As for the cheating, he spends 6 days working and day 7 is his day, mostly. Until the kids start calling. So as far as my husband he is to much of God's Angel to Cheat. As far as variety this house if full of variety everyday, maybe not the type you meant but variety non the less. Oh and lots of Love

I would say half are unfaithful. The divorce rate is 1 out of 1.5 marriages. That pretty much says that if half of the problems are because of the husbands' indiscretions, then cases of infidelity probably entered in the picture. That doesn't mean the wives are totally innocent either.

No i don't believe this to be true, 99% of the men i know absolutely love and adore their wives and would never consider it. The men who do are the weak ones who give into temptation and think that the grass is always greener on the other side. I beleive guys like their wives cause their wives know how to push the right buttons and the chicks that they sleep with are just purely for the fun of it.

Me? Not once in more than twenty four years. But at this point, (divorced) I note that "infidelity" has degrees of commission. Flirtation? That's infidelity in some manner, I suppose. Kissing someone else? (I didn't) That's a line that's easy to define... "in bed" kind of intimacy?? FAR more than would be described by only a husband and a wife. Penetration is infidelity, if you're promised to another. (Doncha THINK??)

ALL THAT BEING NOTED, I believe that EVERYONE deserves a competent lover and that human intimacy has VERY complex degrees of participation/escalation. An attorney's definition of "intimacy" may not be your own.

I was divorced in 2000, and maybe SHE needed the variety. Perhaps she had it in the middle of our marriage, I will never know...

If you put a married man in a situation where he could be unfaithful to his wife (with some gorgeous young vixen) and get away with it absolutely 100% clean, I believe most males would do it, not unlike primitive apes. It is their moral conscience that separates men from apes.

oh ya,it's true, men are unfaithful and it doens't take much.Just becasue they like variety or not,it doesn't give them the right to go be unfaithful, especially when the wife is at home.
