Where does it say in the bible that God knows absolutley EVERYTHING and knows EXACTLY what is going to happen play by play from the begining all the way to the end?

He says He's the "alpha and omega" which I'm guessing means the beginning and the ending, and therefore everything in between, and therefore everything. So being everything makes it so you know everything.

Here, in essence, because all things are from God, therefore he holds all knowledge.

Romans 11:33 O the depth of God’s riches and wisdom and knowledge! How unsearchable his judgments [are] and past tracing out his ways [are]! 34 For “who has come to know Jehovah’s mind, or who has become his counselor?” 35 Or, “Who has first given to him, so that it must be repaid to him?” 36 Because from him and by him and for him are all things. To him be the glory forever. Amen.

Here, God is able to 'prophesy' what the end will be of something that has not occurred as yet. The Bible has many instances of things coming true hundreds of years after they were prophesied to occur.

Isaiah 46:9 Remember the first things of a long time ago, that I am the Divine One and there is no other God, nor anyone like me; 10 the One telling from the beginning the finale, and from long ago the things that have not been done; the One saying, ‘My own counsel will stand, and everything that is my delight I shall do’; 11 the One calling from the sunrising a bird of prey, from a distant land the man to execute my counsel. I have even spoken [it]; I shall also bring it in. I have formed [it], I shall also do it.12 “Listen to me, YOU the ones powerful at heart, YOU the ones far away from righteousness.

Start with the last three Chapters of the Book of Job.

You are incorrect in your understanding of omniscience. It is the quality of having all knowledge (Isaiah 40:14).

First, we must understand the nature of how God and time exist. God is immutable in his character, that is, he does not change. He is not an absentee landlord. God is ever involved in the world and its inhabitants. He is not like the watch maker who winds up the watch and then goes away letting things take their own course without His oversight.

God exists outside the notion of time and the universe is contingent on God's expression for its existence. God is timeless, in that he sees the passage of temporal time as you or I see a range of mountains far in the distance. At this distance the range of mountains seems to be one continuous line, yet as we get closer we see then mountains separated by miles and miles. God sees everything in the "eternal now". Hence, time does not "pass" for God.

1 Kings 4:29 And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

Since God bestowed Solomon with the blessing of such great wisdom, if goes to reason that God's own wisdom is unlimited.

My purpose is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. (Col 2:2-3)

Who foretold this long ago, who declared it from the distant past? Was it not I, the Lord? And there is no God apart from me, a righteous God and a Savior; there is none but me. (Isa 45:21)

It doesn't exactly say that.

We come up with that from various verses and use our heads. The prophecies, made years and years ago that were fulfilled, the creation of man, the definitions of God...

Conclusion: God knows EVERYTHING.

Proverbs 3:19-21 (King James Version)

19The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens.

20By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

21My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: keep sound wisdom and discretion:

John 8:58 (English Standard Version)

58Jesus said to them, "Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am."

Omniscience:

This term refers to the all knowing nature of God. Webster defines it as "the quality of knowing all things at once; universal knowledge; knowledge unbounded or infinite." He knows our very thoughts, our feelings, our desires and our needs. He knows our words before we say them and he knows our thoughts before we think them. He knows all of our ways. In fact, God even knew us before we were born. There are no secrets before Almighty God. In short, God possesses superior knowledge and wisdom about everything and that knowledge is all encompassing. When we say that He knows our thoughts, what we really mean is that He knows the thoughts of every person on the planet right now, at this instant - all six billion plus people. He knows everything about everybody all the time, down to the most intimate detail. He doesn't need to read "People" magazine or the "National Inquirer" to find out what people are doing. He doesn't have to consult your family or friends to find out what you are thinking; He already knows it about you and everyone else on earth. That fact will give you pause if you dwell upon it.

1 O LORD, you have searched me and you know me. 2 You know when I sit and when I rise;
you perceive my thoughts from afar. 3 You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. 4 Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O LORD. 5 You hem me in--behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. 6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain. * * * 13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. 15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, 16 your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. Ps 139:1-6, 13-16 (NIV)

You cannot pose a question that He cannot answer. Correct that - He cannot pose a question that He cannot answer. If He were to be on the game show, Jeopardy, He would answer every possible question correctly before it was asked. Having Him as a competing classmate would be a nightmare; on every exam ever administered, there would be no curve as He would have a perfect score each time.

God does not need to consult any advisors to broaden his knowledge or understanding No one taught Him any of the secrets of the universe. He served no apprenticeship and He did not receive any on-the-job training. He didn't accept a university degree or an honorary doctorate; He didn't even get a high school diploma. He didn't have to; He simply knows it all, all the time.

13 Who has understood the mind of the LORD, or instructed him as his counselor? 14 Whom did the LORD consult to enlighten him, and who taught him the right way? Who was it that taught him knowledge or showed him the path of understanding? Isa. 40:13-14 (NIV)

Not only is He fully acquainted with all of the present facts, He also prophesied the future, including the death of His Son (Isa.. 53).

The prophesies of God did not stop with the sacrifice of Christ on the cross; He has also foretold the return of Christ at the end of this age when death will be finally overcome

51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed- 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: "Death has been swallowed up in victory." 55 "Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is your sting?" 56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Cor 15:51-57 (NIV)

Man's knowledge, when compared to that of God, can only be described as insignificant, infinitesimal, miniscule or microscopic (get the picture?). Even with the technological advances that were made in the 20th century, man realizes that he has only scratched the surface of what could be known. Currently, our knowledge base doubles in less than a year with ongoing research and discoveries, yet many areas seem to resist exploration such as the infinity of space, the depths of the oceans and the complexity of the human brain. However, with our advancing knowledge, man seems to think that he is smarter than God. One man once questioned God and received a very direct and personal response.

38:1 Then the LORD answered Job out of the storm. He said: 2 "Who is this that darkens my counsel with words without knowledge? 3 Brace yourself like a man; I will question you, and you shall answer me. 4 "Where were you when I laid the earth's foundation? Tell me, if you understand. Job 38:1-4 (NIV)

Job didn't understand; we still don't understand today. Further rhetorical questioning by God revealed that Job knew nothing. Neither do we when compared to God's breadth and depth of knowledge.

It is not there directly, you have to add it up. Since God is everywhere, He witnesses all things, including the things that are hidden, even our own thoughts. God is also eternal, this does not mean that He will exist forever, it means that He is existing now, always was and always will be existing, at the "same time." That is why He calls Himself "I AM." What is there left for Him not to know? He will bring all things hidden to light. Therefore we say that He is omniscient.

I will leave out all of God prophecies because even though they suggest that He knows all things, they do not flat-out prove it. Do not take them lightly though, because they sure cover a lot of territory. For instance, take a look at this future reference as if it were the past: Rev 20:10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

Here, add it up yourself...
2Co 4:18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.
1Ti 1:17 Now unto the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.
1Sam 2:3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed.
Ro 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.
1Co 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts: and then shall every man have praise of God.
Mt 10:26 Fear them not therefore: for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; and hid, that shall not be known.
Mr 4:22 For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.
Lu 8:17 For nothing is secret, that shall not be made manifest; neither any thing hid, that shall not be known and come abroad.
Lu 12:2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
1Jo 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.
Joh 16:30 Now are we sure that thou knowest all things, and needest not that any man should ask thee: by this we believe that thou camest forth from God.
Joh 21:17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep.
Ps 44:21 Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.
Heb 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Matthew 10:29-30 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.
Eph 1:4-5 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,

Just keep this in mind...
Romans 11:33-36 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.
