When you talk about Rupees, then you must be from India. Please buy one clay "diya" which will come to around 25 paise.
Buy Gingelly Oil (Til-ka-tel) for 75 paise. Make a strip (bathi or "thiry) out of cotton available in the home or any old white cloth. First wet the "diya" in water. Dry it for a while. Now pour the oil, add the "bathi" or "thiry" in the "diya". Now it is a lamp. Light it and the light given out by "diya" will spread in the entire room. Those who are not in India, you can use a candle for this purpose.
