Hello Mukesh. I think you need to see your family doctor and possibly show him your question here. Print it out, bring it with you, and see what he says. There are "crowd phobias", yes, but I'm sorry, I don't know what they are called.

Loosing you hair at such a young age, is stressful! You need support Mukesh. Your doctor can support you, you can look for a counsellor/therapist, you can try online forums.

It sounds like you had a fun life a little while ago, and now things are all different. You're sitting "thinking" but not "doing" anymore. You need someone to talk to. You do want to get better, and you've got the courage to ask here, so ask your doctor too. He/She needs to know how you feel so they can help you.

You are young and have lots to live for. Please make an appointment with your doctor, print your question, and take it with you. That should help you explain how you're feeling if you get nervous with the doctor.

Good luck Mukesh.

Hi. I know a person who feels much the way you do, not because of his hair, but because of his teeth.
Not knowing where you live, I do not know your customs. Here in USA many men and young men wear baseball-caps. Some wear the brim above their eyes, facing forward, and others wear their cap backwards, over their neck. To wear a hat or cap can cover your head and people will not notice your balding head. Many older men do that here also. In some places it has become popular to shave men's heads and to purpose to be bald.
You are getting bad grades in your school. You are also staying home and feeling sad. It is very possible that you are depressed. I suggest you talk with a Dr. or a counselor at your school. Just talking about this issue with someone you can trust may help you to not feel so sad or embarassed.

Baldness was a survival advantage to your ancestors in Africa, as we evolved from hairy hominids, to have thinner body hair, some also had thinning hair on their heads, which enabled greater cooling in the tropical heat, by evaporation of perspiration, so they could hunt, scavenge, and forage in the middle of the day, when others were resting in the shade, thereby gaining reputations as good providers with the females, and more mating opportunities, and passing on that trait to their children, so don't think of it as a problem. Why not shave your head completely? Most women don't mind bald men.
