yes a very fat person who is over weight more than 10 kilos (ie if he is 180 cm tall and his weight is more than 90 kilos , see the equation 180 cm -100 =80 Kg the proper weight / ) if the person do have extra weight and this weight is in the sort of fats ( not muscles ) then it is recomended to loss the 10 kilos which represent an extra weight , this could be achived by trying to loss the heavy bad lipeds (fats ) of the body , eating green apples one or more as desired in the early morning first instead of eating any thing else for 20 days and for the left 10 days eating (drinking ) healthy olive oil ( 5 spoon in the early morning (this will be followd only in summer times and let the body swet ( not to drink cold refreshments any how ( the olive oil will desolve all the lipids in the body and the body will swet it out in summer times ,ofcourse you should also stop colistrole rich foods ) , if in winter the fiber diet of green apples to continue for the 30 days ) and any time you feel hungry you must eat green aples instead of fatty foods , even cofee should be stopped and drink tea instead , salt also shouls be redused (stoped or severly redused ) , to reduce meals except for vitamines rich meals , all those should be also under the supervission of doctores ( all though that doctores in now days are the last ones who know about diets and healthy life ) but the writers of these lines does not hold the responsibility of the directions , since that a direct supervision and private care for each case is neded for each individual case which takes into consideration the climate and the person situation ( social ,physical, psycological situation and other factors into consideration )

Yes. My daughter was on a special diet through her Dr. She ate/drank only the prescribed special diet food. She also worked-out excercising 3 hrs. per day. In nine months she lost 150lbs.
Such a diet is not for everyone, and due to health risks, you must be monitored by a Dr. frequently.

Yes, it is possible, I know, because I have succeeded in doing it -I did extreme, vigorous exercise together with a number of very unhealthy ways, which I will not mention here. Rather do it the safe way. :)
