Well lets be honest, do guys really know what they want at that age either? You cant say yes or no because evryone has had different situations and there are some girls as there are some guys who have it figuered out. The only way you can tell is by their actions, if they act mature and really do care about you then they know what they want. If their concered with their own selves and could care less about you then they havent a clue what they want in life in general, let alone in a relationship. But dont judge all girls just on the same standard of some who are unsure of themselves. Best wishes :)

I qualify as that age group, but I'm proud to say that although I don't know exactly what I want in a guy that doesn't mean I have no values or inhibitions. There are some that want wildness and dangerous fun, but there are others who have an idea of right and wrong and that have plan for themselves and good standards. Maybe you don't have a big enough pool of females to observe, because no two are exactly the same and even more, we shouldn't be generalized as this stereotype you seem to have imposed on young women. Get to know a few as friends and you might be surprised.

i agree with you...i am 23 and my kids are a product of one of those guys. but now that i have kids, i want the best for them, so yes, i do know what i want in a man. i want a man that loves me the way i am...not always tying to change me. i want a man who i can actually have a conversation with..not just sex. i want a man who respects all women, but doesn't just stare at them right in front of me. i want a man who makes me laugh and appreciates the little things i do for him. above all, i want a man that would be a good father figure to my sons. so to answer your question, yes, some girls under 25 know what they want in a man.

Girls below 25 are out exploring, checking out what daddy told them not to do, just because they had to see for themselves. They won't go for Mr. Nice guy - the guy daddy wants them to marry.

What I want is a guy I get along with, who is funny, not too nice, not too much of a jerk, isn't stupid, is nice to look at in my eyes, and gives me plenty of affection. That's what I want, now what I get is a totally different thing lol.

No; and that's what makes it fun! You hold all the cards and as long as you can wow them with trinkets and trips to new places, they're like putty in your hands...get a bike, they go nuts over motorcycles.

wants kids (eventually) and accepts and loves my kids (that i have already)
loves me back....genuinely!
communicates well and opens up (not a pu$$y), just able to express himself enough so im not clueless about how he feels

Some do some don't.
Knowing what you want is directly related to knowing who you are.
