when a girl makes a guy wait to have sex, she is considered to be respectful, responceable, and in control of her life and body. but when a guy makes a girl wait to get married he is considered to be inconsiderit, selffish, and only thinks of himself. why is this?

sometimes you have to be little understanding when it comes to sex. i think that when it comes to a guy waiting for marriage before he has sex is cool. because he is pure and only wants to do what the Lord wants him to do. i even have more respect for a girl because they want it to be a night to remember.that's if they are not waiting for marriage. just think if everybody would have waited until they got married and did according to the Lord we all wouldn't have the problems of answering this question.

I don't really think that. I mean I agree for the most part about the girl waiting to have sex but I disagree with the male comment. If a guy is making a girl wait to get married maybe he's not ready yet. It's better to wait than to rush into something that won't work and will hurt 2 or more people later. But back to your question: you're comparing apples and oranges because you're talking about sex and then marriage.

This is a values question -- meaning that if you don't have a woman that shares the same values as yourself, then it's probably not a match. It doesn't make her a bad person for wanting to have sex -- it's a natural desire and inclination; however, if it's important to the man to wait until marriage, then it's up to him to either find a mate that believes the same, otherwise, he will run the risk of a tenuous relationship.

If a man waits for the sex, it shows he cares more about the girl than he does about instant gratification(a very rare man indeed).
When a man puts off a marriage, it just shows he is too immature to enter into a long term commitment.

I don't think that it is a widely held belief that guys who hold out are inconsiderate. Some women find that even more attractive than guys with loads of experience. And the willpower is attractive. Women who respect their man like men who respect themselves.

You are talking about 2 entirely different cases unless you are both going without sex before marriage.

Girl's want is bad or much more ,but the word slut comes to mind ,so they behave .
they like the guy to look like a dog in heat .
why buy the cow ,when you can get the milk for free.
