i have the same problem. i talk super fast and everyone always ask me to repeat myself multiple times. try looking at yourself in the mirror as you say the words. i know it's a little intimidating but it does work. just say like "hi today is monday, blah blah blah" and try to slow down as you say the words. hope this makes sense.

Hey Sam. Force yourself to speak really really slowly for 1 minute a day. Sit with a friend, family member, alone, whatever, but force yourself to say each word slowly. Can be kinda fun ya know. I have no experience with speech issues, but I am trying to help you.

This idea might work, I'm not sure. Try the 1 minute thing, then increase your time to two minutes. You can speak slower, it is possible. Hey, if you can speak really quickly, and memorize a script for acting, you could be a hit!

See a speech therapist. You might also want to take singing lessons, as this is an exercise in pronunciation and will slow down your words. I have a daughter who speaks like you. It is just as frustrating for the listener as it is the speaker.

Be yourself, don't conform! Normal ppl do not exist. You'll find your groove soon enough, so seriously learn to love it as others will someday.
