There are many contradictions in both the Bible and the Quran. However, I really don't feel like writing them down here. http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com has a pretty good list of contradictions. It also links to an annotated Quran with a list of contradictions.

Found none in the Holy Qur'an. None, which may not have been explicitly explained; by a better reading of the Arabic text.

Sorry, I don't know much about the contradictions in those books relating to the ethics followed in those days. But I can surely speak about a few ethics folloed by the religious fanatics, which have no co-relation with humanity.
ISLAM:
1> Burkha concept: Islam originated in a dry arid land. Airy and dusty. People then, both men and women, used to wear loose garments covering their entire body to prevent dust contact with their body. Later the concept was limitized to women, while men could wear anything they want. Don't you think that women too needed the change in accordance with the changing environment?
2> Halaal concept: Since the religion originated in dry arid land, most of the eatables they could find were dates and animal flesh. Halaal is a technique which drains out most of the blood out of the butchered animal to prevent decaying of the flesh. The technique is now followed as a religious fundamental with no scientific benefit to the person.
3> Pork concept: People then used to eat flesh of cattle, whenever they could find any and neglect meat of the pig. Cattles are the one who require most of the gree patch of the nature. That could drain out eatable resource for muslims then. Hence they started consuming meat. Pigs, on the other hand are known to feed themselves with the waste. Hence they werre neglected. Now-a-days, a person eating pork is not considered muslim and person is'nt considered muslim unless hge consumes beef.
4> Polygamy: According to the concept, polygamy was allowed to the males. But females were restricted. From when did the almighty start this biased treatment towards his creations?
CHRISTIANITY:
1> Love thy neighbour: That's waht the foremost preaching of Jesus was. But these days, the concept says, 'Love thy neighbour, only if he accepts your religion. Else critisize his ethics"
2> Sacrifice: jesus lead an example sacrificing himself for the benefit of mankind. These theys the very followers of Jesus brought in the concept of individuality, resulting into nuclear families.
3> Lust is a sin: The countries with major population as christians brought in the 'Live-in relationships concept'.
HINDU:
1> Vedas categorized man strictly on their merits. later thios categorization was refined as caste by the followers.
2> Respect: Vedas teach to respect each and every creation of the almighty. People instead expected each and every creation to respect them without understanding the contributions required from their own side.
3> There is one God: Veda's have always stated about just one super natural beings with 33 crore forms. However, followers of Hinduism started discriminating themselves as followers of some or the other of these forms without realizing that the whole and soul of these forms is one and the same super natural being (the concept of parmatma).
Basically each religion thaught us to follow few humanitarian ethics and make a harmonic contribution to the so called mankind. However, we wasted our time in defining our superiority over others and expected contribution from the socitey for ourselves.
As far as books are concerned, there is no single holy book in the original version. Since the ages, all these books have benn transcripted again and again, and have lost the basic essence of their teachings. However, some of those scripts are still left behind. No wonder, why there is so much of similarity between mytholigoies, but a hell lot of difference in ideologies.
All the best with your research...
:-)

First, allow me convey dismay that distinctive human beings have judged you harshly. Jesus stated, "do no longer decide, or you too will be judged. For interior a similar way as you pick others, you'd be judged, and with the degree you take advantage of, that is going to likely be measured to you." (Mat 7:a million-2) He then went on to communicate about sawdust, planks and eyes. fairly, that would want to be why you've such situation with the O.T. you're judging it by the eyes of someone unable to confirm obviously because of a plank of timber obstructing your inventive and prescient. i ask your self if that would want to easily be the large passage of time between you and then? None human beings can position ourselves in historic previous besides the undeniable fact that the O.T. is a good historic previous e book because it "tells it like it truly is". Had it been doctored to positioned God's human beings in a sturdy gentle, each of the "undesirable" bits might want to were edited out, or replaced; no incest with Lot and his daughters; no polygamy; no murders; no revenge attacks; no courtroom circumstances hostile to God; no disobedience hostile to God; no hypocrisy; no idolatry etc. The Bible by no potential says any of those issues were suitable to God! It information the data and we are meant to be stunned, and to imagine lengthy and hard about strategies in which WE do similar issues. God has continually upheld the usual, "inspite of a guy is sowing, that he will also gain", yet he nevertheless comes down in grace to keep us! the affection, compassion and mercy of God contained in the O.T. is everywhere! How might want to you omit it? Is there a plank on your eye? money owed like the Flood, Abraham making waiting to sacrifice his son, Sarah and Hagar, the temple sacrifices (for sin and cleansing), the deportation to Babylon etc are historic activities designed to exhibit us all religious classes - they are allegories in reaction to data. Jesus specialized in parables - thoughts that would want to were authentic because they were so existence-like, yet they were nevertheless thoughts. yet human beings stumbled over them because they were designed to attempt what's in our hearts. the completed Bible does that. do not allow your coronary heart be hardened. God's words are so powerful, he merely has to talk and a universe comes into life. Jesus is the note of God. The Holy Spirit classes believers into all truth. might want to you be so guided.

In All Hindu religious books it is written if you you read it do not criticise it. Because if you will criticise your religion then where will you have faith?
The origin of faith starts from religion. Then it goes to Wife ,husbans & other people. If you will not have faith then how wil be faithful to any body?

There are more than 2,000 versions of bible in this world.
Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses.
First Roman Catholic Bible was published at Rheims in 1582.
Second one published at Douay in 1609.
These called RCV version of Bible.
The Protestants regarded 7 books as ‘apocrypha’ (doubtful authority) and removed them from Bible.
(The Book of Judith
The Book of Tobias
The Book of Baruch
The Buck of Esther, etc. )
Jesus pbuh said in the book of Revelation Chapter 22 Verse 18-19 ". . . If any man shall add to these things (or delete) God shall add unto him the plagues written in this Book."
On deleting 7 books from bible, the Catholics call ‘cult of Christianity’ to the Seventh Day Adventists and Jehovah's Witnesses.
