I have a pretty well stocked kitchen along with pretty much any pot or pan I could think of. Im a pretty good cook too so complex stuff is welcome. As an example i roasted a stuffed deboned whole chicken the other day.

Please make some tasty mild Indian food, enough for two extra people (I'm six months pregnant) and tell me your address. I am requesting mild because mild Indian food tastes plenty spicy to me! No green peppers, oh and did I mention vegetarian?

Seriously though, Indian food is great, and that's my suggestion, I actually don't mind chicken in the Indian food but stay away from lamb. Do they have Indian seafood? For the vegetarians, I love the way they use cheese and cream, as well as beans, in their cooking. YUMMY!!!

Stuffed pork chops, scalloped potatoes and green beans.
Served with a bottle of Merlot and then a dessert of roasted walnuts, Gorgonzola and a glass of Port.

OVEN COOKED SPARE RIBS

2 racks baby back ribs
1 med. green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1/2 bottle barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1 lg. oven cooking bag

Coat oven cooking bag with flour. Put in pepper, onion, barbecue sauce and ribs, shake up to distribute. Make small slits in bag, place in roasting pan in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

FRESH STEAMED VEGGIES WITH BLUE CHEESE
SAUCE

3 lb. fresh veggies (cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, etc.)
1/4 c. butter
4 tsp. flour
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese
Salt to taste

Steam veggies until tender but still crisp. Heat butter. Stir in flour. Add garlic and cook until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add cream and broth. Stir until thick. Add blue cheese and salt. Pour over veggies.

LOADED MASHED POTATOES

8 large baking potatoes
1 bag shredded Colby cheese
1 jar sour cream
1 package of bacon
5 fresh green onions
8 tsp. butter

Wash potatoes to remove any dirt and/or pesticides. Wrap baking potatoes in aluminum foil and place onto a baking rack at least 1 inch apart. Bake on low for about 1 hour or until potatoes have a soft inside.
Remove aluminum foil and slice potatoes in half. Scoop out the inside of the potato into a large bowl and discard skins. Mash the potatoes in bowl with 8 tsp. butter. Place cheese, bacon, and chopped green onions into the bowl and mix.

Spray a casserole dish and with non-stick cooking oil and scoop the potatoes into the dish. Place extra cheese on top of the potatoes and heat at 350°F for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Eat and enjoy.
