I have some problems but no one to talk to . I made a long letter about my life and need either a site for a free social worker or something........... or if anyone cares and is good at helping people and has a lot of knowledge and dont mind reading violent things heres my email. and contact me please. Here's a bunch of free on line counselling services. There's a wide variety and many topics, so you should be able to find at least one you're comfortable with. The last link indicates there are no charges involved, but I searched for "free online counselling" at google, and these are the sites that came up.

There are mental health services available all over for little or no cost depenmding on your financial situation. Start by contacting your city's mental health department and expalin your situation to them. They will probably make an appointment for you to talk to someone and obtain medication if you need it. They may refer you to Medicaid to help with payment of a private therapist.
