maybe it's true,that's why sikh man wear something in their head look like a turban. (i'm didn't mean to offence muslims,)

fyi,i'm muslim.

No it is not true. sikhism stemmed from hinduism.

Guru Nanak. rejected the social evils of hindus, idol worshipping etc and accepted the core philsoophy of hinduism... He declared God is one and his name is Omkaar (like Aum of hindus)

Guru Nanak did take philsophy of Sufis (like Kabir, Bulleshah, Farid) into sikhism....but as you know sufi philsophy itself is far
away from Islam, although most of the sufis were muslims

Turban wearing is a common practice in Punjab area...sikhs wear speacial turbans, as they were warriors and turbans worked a s protective gear.

I have asked a few Sikhs about this and they have said No, that it is not Hindu and Islam mixed but a separate religion all together.
Maybe they are right, maybe they are wrong. Either way it is what they believe and it is their religion so they should have a better idea than I would.

something like that. Sikhism has elements of the two religions, Not necessarily a combination of the totality of the two (which would be logically impossible, I suppose).

Sikhs are our brothers, they are fighting hindus in india with pakistan's help

It is not true.Islam was the real reason for the founding of Sikhism.The religion was founded to counter the menace of Islam.The Sikh was sworn to annihilate Islam.
Mr Khan :I hope you know that half of Khalistan lies in Pakistan.
