I am scared. They wont leave me alone. When I was at lunch the other day the waitress saw them as well! She asked me did I want to wait for my Mom before I order. I told her that I came in alone.The waittress said " I could have sworn that I saw an older women in a grey dress standing next to you holding a little girls hand." I am afraid.

Don't be afraid.
Honestly, They may not be ghosts. They "feel" to me as your loved ones or ancestors watching over you. Here to help you through something that is coming up.
As a Minister and medium, my personal expience in this is that most times they are here to surround you with love.
Talk to them, they are here for you. Tell them that you are afraid, because you don't understand and its just a little creepy.
Ask the to embrace you with warm loving hug. Then feel it happen. Your senses are strong as well.
Before you go to sleep, ask them to come in your dreams and explain why they are here. Don't be afraid. You are blessed, they can't hurt you. Children spirits are strong signs of LOVE>. So you may have a crazy dream or just flashes of stories or reoccurances of your life. Write it all down, its only a piece to the puzzle.
Make written notes all the time, about things that "pop" into your head or thoughts that repeat often, or even seeing "signs" these are messages. Only you can understand.

When I made my basement in VA into an apartment I kept hearing things for a while. Then one night I felt a whisper in my ear, and I looked up quickly and saw a red-haired girl running down the hall in a white gown. And soon after I began seeing the shadow of a man with a top hat in the doorway, and I would hear the steps creak even when there was no-one home, like footsteps. My mother then told me that when she was young she had seen the same man in a top hat in her bedroom. Its some pretty scary stuff I'll admit. But if you are really frightened by them, you must be strong in spirit, and trust that they cannot harm you. Tell them that they are dead, and need to move on into the light, and tell them that jesus is your savior, and that he is awaiting them in heaven. I said this aloud one night last year, and I have not seen or heard anything since. Good luck with that.

I understand what your saying yet perhaps the objectification of ladies human beings concept comes from the actual shown actuality that those women had surgical procedure to seem the way they do. adult males have beauty surgical procedure sure..yet now to not a similar volume as women human beings, and its unlike you may have a p enis enlargment surgical procedure ..correct? yet a lady may have a form of "advancements" surgically finished down there and correctly everywhere else. The stereotypical woman porn movie star has a particular photo..the position because the criteria for a male porn movie star end at a huge dick, he doesnt might want to appear as if a youthful and the lower than pressure cleansing soap movie star. he wears sun shades and has a huge dick. position finished. I agree that they are both objectified yet to argue the different factor, why are there higher criteria for the way the ladies human beings might want to seem? doesnt that would want to do with objectification too?

By Folklore, a Ghost is a tired soul that needs help.. and it disappears as soon as you know what it want.. it also may vanish as soon as you ask her"why are you here? what do you want"?
If you are Muslim, Read "Al Kursi" verse always, it'll vanish forever.. if you're not, seek an exorcist.. and remember.. all exorcists are priests, but not all priests are exorcists...
If you don't believe in any of the above religions, seek and expert opinion in ur religion.. By tradition.. Ghosts are harmful.. Thay may be some of your old passed away relatives who loves you... don't be afraid, and have faith....

Your mind is very likely manifesting the anomaly. Once you realize this, it's power is gone and you will be left alone.
I am not arguing that no ghosts can ever be real, but merely that most are psychokinetic manifestations by living people.
Visualize the ghosts happy, smiling and leaving town, never to return. See what happens.

There is a great thing you can do upon that. Go to a bookstore, or read up online, and get a Bible. It is a livving book, a live thing that is full of light. Try reading it and ask for forgivness, and you'll be a joyous person, and hopefully some day, we'll see each other in Heaven some day :D

Ask Jesus to protect you ...And then confront the ghosts...Ask them to please move on. My house was haunted by ghosts, they weren't evil, just lost. I don't even think they realized they were haunting me. I think (in their reality) they saw me as a ghost. After confronting them, things became normal. The confrontation wasn't an earth-shaking event....I merely asked them to move on, and I prayed for Jesus to help them. A little boy had died in the house, the ghosts were him and his Mom.
