Do you eat a lot? Because just eating many times, but not much each time, and walking 30 minutes a day should be fine for you right now.

A trick on not eating much:

When you go to fill your plate, only do it to half your capacity or half the amount you usually eat... and eat slowly! By the end of the plate of food, you'll feel almost full and satisfied, but if you take one more bite after that your stomach will start to stretch and you won't feel satisfied any more and you'll "pig-out"... That's something that I've noticed about myself and it works. My only weakness is SODA! Oh my, I don't know how to sort that problem out.

And sorry, I can't help you out regarding the coffee.

Good luck!

eat less - exercise more $29.95 please

no seriously,
Breakfast like a queen
mid morning snack of fuit
Luncheon like a Princess
mid afternoon snack of carrot/veggie sticks
Dinner like a pauper
evening/bedtime snack of yogurt (digestion)

eat 6 little/smaller meals to keep the 'campfire' going
don't eat just 1 BIG meal a day - that's like throwing a LOG
on a campfire of embers - it will smolder - and the fat absorbs

the benefits of a 30 minute walk linger for 48 HOURS!

yep - get off soda - and drink 1/2 oz water for every pound of weight - which will help flush the bad stuff out

and when you hit a plateau - once a week - eat like you used to
for ONE meal - and trick your body - then go back to eating
reasonably

you are changing your lifestyle - this is not a diet - it's your meal plan to live ( you are too cute for us to lose you!)

u can do it! BEST of LUCK!
