Haven't you ever heard someone say "God has bigger things in store for you" or "God willing.....". It gives the impression the God controls everything...

So doesn't that mean that he's already planned everyone's future?

The fact that you need answers proves that you are a logical person. When it comes to god you will never find answers. I looked for answers too and that is why I am now an Atheist. But truly you cannot get to that point until you have exhausted all of your options. It is like deciding to give up on a relationship. You have to fall out of love before you can let it go.

Depends on your view of "fate" We do have free will to choose, but the story of our lives are already written. How? God does not exist in time, he made it so hes not bound by it, God only is aware of tommorow and next year, he is the beginning and the end.

So if you define "fate" as predestined, i would say that, God knows what happens, but your not a puppet and God gave you freewill. He may urge you one way or another but altimiatly, your choice determines were you end up.

God is contradictory. You'll never get anywhere. Just believe and don't look too much into it because there ARE NO ANSWERS- just faith.
