I'm not trying to maliciously bring up a topic about this, but I've been trying to find out for a year or two now if I'm Catholic, is masturbation considered sin?? I'm Portuguese and I've never heard of it being a sin before and my mom who's religious never mentioned it.. not that i wanna ask her now O_o so please does anyone have an accurate answer to weather or not masturbation is a sin and if you're single is it ok to lust over someone espeacially if you're like under 20...

I think Masturbation and lust are still considered a sin by many churches, but it is not particularly unethical. It's one of those things we really can't help, and need to get forgiveness for.
(I've previously answered that it is not a sin, but probably accompanies a sin. But no one seems to like that answer, so I'm modifying my focus.)
