Dude my face used to be a crater of zits but I just left them alone and after about 2 years my face is very clear and smooth. The point is, DONT try all those products unless you acne is producing scars or something because thesee products can end up drying your face and making it worst like it did with my friends.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.
The secret is never to touch the spots
Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I have purchased for my children and their friends the product called Proactive. This is such wonderful stuff and they are running a special right now so if you would like to try it, and it does have a money back guarantee if it does not work for you.But we have never had an unsuccessful experience with this product. I hope that everything goes well for you too. If money is an issue you can get baking soda and warm water and make a paste. Rub this into your face in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water.Next apply peroxide with a cotton ball. Dab it on your face. Then use an antibacterial ointment . This is what I used as a child and it worked really well, I hope that it works as good fr you as it did for me.

If you're a soda drinker, I would try to cut back on it... I hate to say it but when you're young, soda pop and refined sugar usually causes acne. I know that from personal experience for sure and from friends too! Also, try to wash your face at least twice a day with an acne treatment. Don't try to pop any of the zits, cause you have a good chance of scarring your face. If your face gets dry after washing it twice a day, use some moisturizer (lotion possibly with aloe vera in it) on your face. Make sure it says that it won't clog pores!

Zits are hard to fight. Neutrogena makes good stuff but seems like the 2 biggest factors I have noticed are diet, and stress. If you dont drink enough water or you eat alot of junk food/drink pop it wont matter what you clean with. start drinking lots of water and cutting back on soda/ yucky fatty foods (takes a few weeks to see progress). If you are stressed they may be more frequent too, so relax and dont pick at them if you can help it.
