Given the state of the way our government enforces the laws and mindset of it's population, I don't have much confidence in it to do anything correctly or right.
That includes the lunacy of your question.
Without beating a dead horse that was buried a decade ago, the bones dug up and turned to buttons for cowboys and then all the cowboys died and were cremated, I don't think this would happen.
Conside that someone somewhere decided a guy who suggested that Religion is the Opiate of the People, was right on the money, why would anyone practise ANY religion.
Think of the War, strife, death and human loss that religion has caused over the years.
I know it's a lot to ask but, when will people and wake up and realize that what we generally call sanity towards ourselves and those around us, is the only way humanity will move into "higher realms of reality".
To continue with this horsepuky about religion is child like foolishness.

Not a chance, on both issues! America will not become a Muslim country because it was founded on Christian ideals (e.g., In God We Trust, etc....).
I will never convert to Islam because personally I don't think it is the right religion. I don't believe in it.

No. The god referenced by the Muslims is actually the god of the moon Allah. Muhammad went into the temple of the many gods and destroyed all the idols but one stating that there is but one god and he declared him to be Allah. My God is Yahweh (Jehovah) The God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob. The great "I AM" the "Alpha and the Omega". When this day comes than I shall be persecuted for my faith in Christ Jesus and that will be glorious to God the Father upon that day.

Well, the chances of that are rather obselete, but it could happen. If i had a family of my own, I would become any religion if it meant that they would stay safe, but only if I could not possibly move out of the country.
As a single man, I would absolutely protest to death any imposition of religion.

I always convert.. to what ever at least on its face... Muslim wont be any harder than playing Xtian for me.. Separation of church and state. Even if separation of church and state didn't exist I would never convert! I would rather my head rolled then became a second class citizen.
